Den 6 Winternationals ~ January 29, 2012

Written by Den 6 Vienna on January 29th, 2012

Den 6 held a fun pine wood derby race this afternoon. Our entry fee was a donation for the Parkersburg Humane Society … we will count and deliver our donations at our next den meeting.

Our scouts, along with brothers, sisters, and guests, had a great time racing. A special thank you to Mark for providing prizes, to John for bringing ice cream, and to Larry for being our race starter! Thank you also to the parents who brought drinks and snacks.

Pack Meeting ~ January 17, 2012

Our activity tonight was chess. We learned the rules, played a life-size game, and teamed younger scouts with older scouts to play a game of chess. Thank you to Todd for organizing the meeting and helping us to earn our belt loop!
